How do you all feel about grieving? What do you do when you grieve? How does grieving affect you? Years ago I had a sister whom passed, during this time I also was experiencing so much in my studies, in my volunteer work, and raising my children that I was grieving so much about so very many things. I had my last panic attack in 2008 from grieving and stressful events. What I had to do was think about pasting myself, holding my heart, and breathing in and out from my stomach. has anyone else had this experience?
How did I deal with grieve? I cried a lot, began to read many books on dealing with grieve written by those who have pH.D's, my children and I had many family devotions and prayer. Also, I meditated a lot and did a great deal of yoga and Pilates; because this help me think clearer and better. If you are grieving, take some time and try to start some breathing exercises, pray, if you enjoy reading, try to read some books or articles about healthy grieving. You can always try to find an encouraging support site as well.
What are your thoughts on grieving?
