It is my hope that you are having a cool, calming, relaxing day. You know, sometimes I use sea salt to cook just very light with, it doesn't take much to get a much better taste than table salt. The holistic way is much better if you can find something like dead sea salt, and various other natural remedies for your over all health care. Although if it is needed, other medicines can be good.
